Abstract Submission Guidelines
Abstract Submission Sample
All abstracts must be submitted online via the ICV 2026 website. Abstracts submitted by E-mail, fax or post will NOT be accepted.
Abstracts must be written in clear English and submitted prior to Feb 28, 2026.
Abstracts are limited to 500 words (not including the title, authors, and affiliations).
The submission system does not allow figures or uploading of supplemental materials.
References are not required.
Abstracts should contain relevant information describing background, methods, results, and a conclusion or summary.
No further proofreading or corrections will be allowed after the submission deadline. It is the responsibility of the authors to ensure that their text does not contain typos or grammatical errors.
Authors have the option of choosing their presentation type (oral or poster presentation). However, the scientific committee will make the final decision on presentation type after review of the abstracts.
The presenting author must register for ICV 2026 during the early registration period. If the presenting author does not complete registration by Mar. 30, 2026, the abstract will be withdrawn.

Special Issues in Collaboration with Journals
Following a rigorous selection process, selected exceptional papers submitted to ICV 2026 will be invited for publication in a special issue of the KITECH journal, subject to further expansion and in-depth analysis.
Notification of Acceptance
All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee according to reviewing procedures.
Notification of acceptance will be sent by e-mail to corresponding and presenting authors From March 15, 2026 (KST).
Withdrawal of abstracts
If the presenting author of an accepted abstract does not register by end of March 2026 (KST), the abstract will be automatically withdrawn from the final program.
If you must withdraw an abstract, please notify the ICV 2026 Secretariat in writing as soon as possible. (
